MIKMA Events Videography and Photography Consent Policy.

Milton Keynes Malayali Association (hereafter referred to as MIKMA) is a non-profitable association based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.

MIKMA is organising its bi-annual event titled “Spring Fest 2023” on 6th May 2023.As part of this bi-annual event, several members of the MIKMA community are performing on the stage and attending the event. MIKMA will be taking videos and photos of these performances and audience,  arranged by professional videographers and photographers. Videos and photos will be securely stored and transferred via digital mediums following GDPR guidelines (General Data Protection Regulations). However, videos and photos will be publicly made available via MIKMA’s social media platforms such as YouTube and Facebook. If you are a participant /attendee , over 16 years old, please accept the ‘MIKMA video and photo consent’ .

In accordance with our child protection policy, if the participant /attendee  is under 16 years; consent must be obtained from a parent/carer.

By agreeing to the MIKMA Video and Photo Consent policy , I/We give permission for my/our photos and videos to be shared on MIKMAs social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp groups, MIKMAs website, posters and digital platforms.
