MIKMA Events Videography and Photography Consent Policy.
Milton Keynes Malayali Association (hereafter referred to as MIKMA) is a non-profit organization based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.
MIKMA is organizing its bi-annual event titled "Onam 2024" on 28th September 2024. As part of this bi-annual event, several members of the MIKMA community are performing on stage and attending the event. MIKMA will be capturing videos and photographs of these performances and the audience, utilizing the services of professional videographers and photographers. The captured videos and photographs will be securely stored and transferred using digital mediums, in strict adherence to GDPR guidelines (General Data Protection Regulations). However, it should be noted that these videos and photographs will be made publicly available via MIKMA's social media platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. For participants/attendees who are 16 years old or older, kindly accept the "MIKMA Video and Photo Consent."
In alignment with our child protection policy, if the participant/attendee is under 16 years old, consent must be provided by a parent or caregiver.
By assenting to the MIKMA Video and Photo Consent policy, I/we grant permission for my/our photos and videos to be shared on MIKMA's social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp groups, as well as on MIKMA's website, posters, and digital platforms.
In addition to the above, by agreeing to the MIKMA Food Policy, I hereby acknowledge and consent to promptly informing the food committee of any allergies or dietary restrictions pertaining to the individuals for whom I am making the booking. I understand that the food offerings presented may contain allergenic components, and I recognize that it is my sole responsibility to proactively notify the food committee in advance. This advance notification is crucial to ensuring a secure dining experience for all individuals involved.
I completely comprehend and acknowledge that MIKMA cannot be held accountable for any issues stemming from allergies or allergic reactions that might occur despite the preventive measures and notifications provided. It is my responsibility to undertake all requisite precautions and to communicate effectively, thus ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals with allergies or dietary restrictions.
